Shipping policy

 

We offer Next Day Delivery to all Emirates for orders received before 1pm and free Dubai delivery on orders over AED 400. The Voyage Dubai also ships worldwide, email us for an international shipping quote.

 

Shipping rates:

Dubai Shipping

Free Next Business Day Delivery for orders over AED 400.

For orders under AED 400 a shipping fee of AED 25 applies.

We also offer Same Business Day Delivery service for urgent orders received before 3pm. The shipping fee for this service is AED 40 and is only available in Dubai. Exclusions apply for bulky items.

Collection from the studio is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you prefer this option.

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Our Business Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

 

Rest of the Emirates

Next Business Day Delivery (for orders placed before 1pm) to all other Emirates is charged at a flat rate of AED 30.

Shipping outside the UAE

If you require shipping outside the UAE, please email us at sales@thevoyagedubai.com to obtain a shipping quote. Once your order is confirmed we will email you an invoice for payment.

Please note, items may be subject to local import duties, customs and taxes in the country of import. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of you the customer. Customs duties or taxes are not payable by The Voyage Dubai.
